BOTULAX300

Botulax 300 is a botulinum toxin type A injectable manufactured by Hugel, Inc. in South Korea. It contains 300 units of purified botulinum toxin, making it suitable for large-area treatments, body contouring, and medical conditions that require higher dosages than facial aesthetics. It offers the same safety and efficacy profile as Botulax 100 and 200 but in a more cost-effective and convenient higher-dose vial.

Composition

• Active Ingredient: Clostridium Botulinum Toxin Type A (purified neurotoxin complex)
• Dosage Strength: 300 units per vial (freeze-dried powder)

Areas of Use 

Cosmetic Applications:

• Masseter muscle (for jaw slimming)
• Trapezius muscle (neck and shoulder contouring)
• Calves (leg slimming)
• Glutes or thighs (muscle relaxation and shaping)
• Axillary (armpit) hyperhidrosis
• Facial areas (in higher-volume treatments by experienced injectors)

Medical Applications:

• Bruxism (jaw clenching and grinding)
• Hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating)
• Muscle spasticity and dystonia
• Migraine (preventive treatment)

Effects

• Temporarily blocks nerve signals to muscles, leading to muscle relaxation
• Reduces dynamic wrinkles or muscle bulk
• Decreases activity in sweat glands (in hyperhidrosis)
• Effects begin within 3–5 days and peak at 7–14 days

Duration of Results

• Onset: 3 to 5 days
• Full effect: 1 to 2 weeks
• Duration: Typically lasts 3 to 6 months
• Longer-lasting effects in large muscle areas like calves or trapezius
