Q1. How do I place an order?
Browse the TimeLeaf product list on our website, then send us the product name and quantity you would like. We will reply with the unit price and ordering details.
Q2. What payment methods are available?
We accept the following payment methods:
A. Company Bank Transfer
Payment can be made using the bank details provided on the invoice.
B. Western Union
If you choose this option, we will share the transfer details with you.
C. PayPal
We will send a PayPal payment request.
A 5% PayPal fee applies.
D. Wise Transfer

For the first order, shipment will be arranged after payment is confirmed
in Korea.
From the second order onward, once payment is sent and the receipt is
shared, we will ship your order right away
Q3. How is delivery done?
Our products are shipped from Korea to Europe through our established logistics network and then delivered to the customer’s address.
We regularly ship to many European countries and provide door-to-door delivery.
Q4. How do I pack Botox?
Botox products are packed in an insulated ice box with ice packs to maintain the recommended temperature of 2–8°C during transport.
Even if the ice partially melts during delivery, the product remains within the safe temperature range and its quality is not affected.
Q5. Are there any issues with customs clearance?
TimeLeaf International ships to around 30 countries in Europe.
Our logistics system is designed to ensure smooth delivery, and customers generally receive their orders without customs complications.
Q6. How much is the shipping cost?
A minimum purchase amount of $300.
Shipping costs are:
purchases between $300 - $1500
1. Standard Shipping - $50
(DHL / FedEx / EMS)
2. Private Courier + UPS (Customs Clearance Guaranteed) - $80
(Available for EU Countries & USA Only)
Purchases over $1500: free

Q7. Can you handle import regulationsfor different countries?
We regularly ship to many European countries, and many of our customers, including medical professionals, order from us on a regular basis.
Our logistics system provides door-to-door delivery, making the ordering process simple for our customers.
Q8. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 10–12 days from Korea to most European countries.
Delays are rare but may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as flight schedules or weather conditions. If any delay is expected, we will notify customers in advance.
Q9. What about customs duties or taxes on products?
Our company does not request additional taxes or customs duties for the products.
Customers only pay for the product cost and shipping fee.
Q10. Can I create my own brand through OEM?
Yes. We can support OEM production for customers who want to sell products under their own brand.
